* Items without original packaging
* Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective)

2. Share **order details**, **issue description**, and **clear product images/videos**
3. Our team will verify the issue
4. Once approved, return instructions will be provided

* Replacement is applicable only for **damaged, defective, or wrong products**
* Replacement will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected
* If a replacement is unavailable, a **refund** will be initiated

* Return shipping charges are **covered by VV Store** only if the return is due to our error
* In all other cases, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer
